Why Inspect?
Purchasing a home is for a lot of people one of the largest purchases in their lifetime. That is why it is so important to have a home inspection be performed to protect your valuable investment. I will identify the current condition of your future home, so an informed decision can be made without any unnecessary stress. During this time I will explain how the house functions, and how the individual components work.
The home inspection describes the condition of the home at the time of inspection, but does not guarantee future condition. An inspection usually occurs immediately prior to a buyer making an offer to purchase a home or as a contingency of the home sale contract. A seller may have an inspection prior to listing a home to be aware of the general condition of the home and or make any necessary repairs.
